How are repairs handled?

While we do our best to find the perfect uniform to fit your team, repairs are inevitable. That's why we developed our very own Quintex repair app. This free app gives you the power to request repairs. Simply download the app, scan the barcode of the damaged garment from any iPhone or Android device, select the repair from a list of options, and you're done! The garment will automatically be sent to our repair department when it arrives at our facility to be repaired and returned to you at the next service call. We also have repair tags available for those not interested in using the app. Our team has three quality control areas to check every garment that passes through to help ensure each garment is up to our standard before being returned to the customer.
